Techno-economic assessment
Is this project economically viable, and under what assumptions? Cost per tonne of CO2 avoided, levelised cost of capture or production, NPV, IRR, sensitivity, and Monte Carlo uncertainty quantification. The eTEA framework, ISO 14076-aligned. The right next step before a Final Investment Decision, a grant submission, or a technology selection between competing routes.
Life cycle assessment
What is the cradle-to-grave environmental impact, including embodied emissions? ISO 14040 and ISO 14044 compliant, multi-impact-category analysis. Global warming potential plus broader environmental indicators. The right next step before publishing an environmental claim, applying for a grant that requires impact data, or pursuing an Environmental Product Declaration.
Feasibility studies
Should we do this at all — technically, economically, environmentally, commercially? A phased framing, assessment, and recommendation across the four dimensions, including market and competitive analysis. Delivers a go/no-go recommendation with the reasoning behind it. The right next step when the question is broader than a single dimension and the decision is whether to pursue the project at all.
Process modelling and design
Does the process work on paper, and what are the design choices? Aspen Plus, custom Python, or hybrid models. Mass and energy balances, equipment sizing, sensitivity, operating envelope analysis, and engineering interpretation. The foundation that techno-economic and life cycle work is built on, and a standalone deliverable when the engineering question is the priority.
How services combine
Most clients need more than one service. A typical pattern: process modelling provides the mass-energy balance; a TEA and an LCA layer on top to answer the economic and environmental questions; a feasibility study packages them with market and commercial analysis when the strategic question is broader.

How we work together
Every engagement starts with a free 30-minute scoping call. We agree what you need, who the audience is, what decision the work is feeding, and roughly how big the engagement is. If a single service is the wrong fit and you actually need something else, I will say so.
From the scoping call you get a written proposal with three to five key questions, numbered tasks, deliverables, hours per task, day rates, total cost, and timeline. Payment is usually 50% on commissioning and 50% on delivery.
